Gato Gordo

Step aboard this Catalina classic, the 350. Built for comfort while maintaining cruising performance hull speeds. This yacht is equally comfortable as she is fun to sail.

The interior can comfortably accommodate 4 for a weekend at the islands or 8 for a day sail. Storage in every corner make her ideal for longer adventures. The Wallace central fan and heater keep the interior climate comfortable year round.

Her wide deck is easy to navigate and boasts ample room for water toys both on stanchion mounted cradles and on deck. The swim platform is easily accessible from the water via the wide boarding ladder that transforms into the stern pulpit when underway. Rockstar seating on either side of the stern pulpit under a bimini top -- best enjoyed with a cold beverage while anchored in your favorite cove.

Enjoy evening sails and channel crossings with comfort behind the full dodger in the enormous cockpit complete with a folding table with built in ice chest.

This yacht is ready to cruise the channel islands or a longer journey North, South, or West. There is no limit to what this capable cruiser can do!

Classy Weems & Plath & Springfield manual instruments line the companionway and nav station including barometer, thermometer, hygrometer, and a ships clock.

A poly-planar stereo system powers the cabin and cockpit speakers. A projector is mounted overhead the salon table with a screen to starboard perfect for cozying up on the couch to watch a movie on a cold winter night aboard. Stream while away from the dock with the Starlink satellite internet.

Rigging and Sails

Sailing is a breeze both solo or with a crew. All lines lead aft to the cockpit with a total of 6 Garhauer rope clutches on either side of the companionway and dual Harken 42 cabin top winches. The genoa sheets lead aft though an adjustable fairleads to strong Garhauer cheek blocks and forward to harken 44st combing winches on either side. A 36" stainless wheel makes sailing from either side of the cockpit comfortable.
Furl in the 130% genoa with ease using the Schaefer 2100 furling system and hoist the asymmetrical spinnaker using the sock for easy deployment.

Tender

An Inmar inflatable with an E-Propulsion Spirit 1.0 Plus is easily stowed on the swim platform using the engine davit. An outboard motor bracket is mounted on the pulpit for quick access.
