If you're looking for a large Yacht with many upgrades and plenty of room, then Oceans XI may be a good fit. She had a major refit in 2017-2021 and continues to be cared for by her owner. She has 4 guest cabins. One full beam master, two queen and one twin cabin, all with on-suite heads. She also has very roomy crew's quarters with three bunk cabins and on-suite heads as well as a sitting area for crew privacy. Oceans XI is all set up to be chartered for 12 guests if you are looking at her for an investment. She has her MARPA and Coastwise ticket for CA to WA on the Pacific coast. The current owner did only a few charters, mainly keeping her for friends and his large family.
