Board the boat via wide side-decks and climb into the large cockpit. The companionway is protected by a dodger. Handholds on either side of the steps makes descending into the salon safe in a seaway. The boat has warm teak wood with opening ports and a large butterfly deck hatch to provide light and air at anchor, while four large dorades keep the air moving while underway. The port-side galley, with three burner stove and oven, sink and top-entry fridge are convenient and storage is plentiful. Across to stbd is a large Nav Station with electrical panel, navigation & communications gear. Aft is a large quarter berth. Going fwd, the dinette with seating for 4 is to port and the table folds out to add seating for more across on a settee. Forward into the head/storage area, with bifold door that can close the fwd vee-berth area off from the salon. The forward area has opening ports and a large deck hatch.

"Resolute" was owned by a knowledgeable sailing couple who did all the cosmetic care and most maintenance, leaving the heavy lifting to the pros. The interior wood gleams in the sunlight and the condition of the interior space is very good to excellent. The standing rigging was replaced not too long ago, the canvas looks to be about a year old, there's a fresh coat of exterior varnish just completed, and everything works. She has a captain and maintenance pro who will pass on what he knows about her during sea-trials and surveys. This is an estate sale, and includes the option to transfer the permit for her very nice slip at additional cost. The slip will not be offered without the boat, so it is considered a package deal.
